These terms govern all transactions and communications between you (the client) and A K Laser Works. We recommend reading them carefully before placing an order.

Services Offered

A K Laser Works provides high-quality industrial fabrication services including laser cutting, CNC bending, and powder coating. All our services are tailored according to client specifications and delivered with a focus on precision, durability, and timely completion.

Payment Terms

We operate strictly on an advance payment basis. A minimum of 30% advance payment is required at the time of placing the order. The remaining 70% of the payment must be completed before final delivery or dispatch of the product. Work will begin only after the advance payment has been received. The products will be delivered only after the full payment has been received. This policy ensures mutual commitment and maintains a transparent workflow.

Pricing and Quotations

All quotations provided are based on current material costs, design complexity, and client requirements. Our quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. Any changes in design, urgent requirements, or special finishes may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before proceeding further.

Design Files and Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to provide accurate, complete, and final design files for production. We are not responsible for errors or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete files submitted by the client. Production will only begin once the client approves the final design and specifications.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery estimates will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. While we aim to meet these deadlines, delays due to external factors such as material shortages, power outages, or logistics issues may occur. A K Laser Works will inform clients of any delays as soon as possible but is not liable for third-party courier delays.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Please note that the 30% advance is non-refundable, as it accounts for upfront expenses such as preparation, materials, and labor. Refunds will only be considered in rare cases where we are unable to complete the order due to technical issues on our end.

Liability Disclaimer

We are committed to providing products that uphold the highest quality standards. However, A K Laser Works is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from order delays, errors in client-provided designs, or unexpected production issues. Clients are advised to inspect the product upon delivery to ensure it matches the specifications.

Intellectual Property and Usage

All design content and materials provided by the client remain their intellectual property. A K Laser Works may display finished, non-confidential work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

Changes to Terms

A K Laser Works reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on our website and will take immediate effect upon posting.
